Welcome Address

By the Chairman, Lloyd Ezenwugo

Dear Members, Friends, and Visitors,

On behalf of the Nigerian Association, Bristol (NAB), it is my great pleasure to welcome you to our official website. I am honored to serve as the chairman of this dynamic and vibrant community organization, which has been a cornerstone for Nigerians living in Bristol and the surrounding areas since its founding in June 1999.

Our association is built on the principles of unity, cultural pride, and mutual support. It is a place where every Nigerian, regardless of how long they have lived in the UK, can find a sense of belonging and a community that feels like home. Here, we celebrate our rich heritage, support one another in times of need, and work together to make meaningful contributions to the broader Bristol community.

As we look to the future, my vision, alongside the newly elected executive committee, is to continue to build upon the solid foundation laid by our founders and past leaders. We are committed to expanding our programs, enhancing our support services, and fostering a greater sense of unity among all Nigerians in the southwest of England and Wales. Our goal is not only to preserve our cultural heritage but also to promote understanding and integration within the diverse fabric of Bristol.

To all our current members, thank you for your continued dedication and involvement. Your passion and commitment are what make this association strong and vibrant. To those who are new or considering joining, I encourage you to become a part of our community. Whether you are looking to connect with others, learn more about your heritage, or contribute to our shared goals, there is a place for you here at NAB.

Please explore our website to learn more about our activities, events, and how you can get involved. Together, we can achieve great things and continue to create a supportive, inclusive, and thriving community for all Nigerians in Bristol.

Thank you for visiting, and I look forward to meeting you at our upcoming events.

Warm regards,

Lloyd Ezenwugo
